allocating the former chapel of Avignon High School to the Lapidaire Museum, an annex of the Calvet Museum.

On the report of the Minister for the Interior,
In view of the decisions dating from 27 March 1929 and 1 February 1932, by which the Municipal Council of Avignon (Vaucluse) requests the release of the High School chapel in view of its fitting out for the Lapidaire Museum, an annex of the Calvet Museum;
In view of the declaration of the Mayor of Avignon, dating from 4 December 1928, indicating that this chapel has not been used for religious services for many years;
In view of the proposals made by the Prefect of Vaucluse;
In view of the decision of the Minister for Public Instruction and Fine Arts, dating from 4 January and 14 March 1932;
In view of article 13 of the law of 9 December 1905 and article 5 of the law of 2 January 1907;
The Section of the Interior, Public Instruction and Fine Arts and Public Health of the Council of State;
Decrees :
Article 1
The chapel of Avignon High School (Vaucluse) will cease to be used for religious services in order to be used for the Lapidaire Museum, an annex of the Calvet Museum.
Article 2
The Minister for the Interior is charged with carrying out the present decree.
